A fake, wanna-be dictator. Someone who thinks they're all that, but is really just a manufactured stand in for the real thing. Usually overly large and colorful to distract from the fact they aren't really as good as what they are copying.
Donald Trump wants a military parade in his honor, but couldn't even do that right so he just fumed about it on twitter. What a dildotator.
