A small Chinese child who is shipped off to America at a young age from an orphanage or a family with a child. (A.K.A.) The creepy Asian kid that suddenly appears at your child's preschool and bites kids at nap time.
Parent 1: Hey did your son tell you about the small slant eyed kid that bites when people are asleep?
Parent 2: It's not his fault he's a packrat, his parents died and he was in an orphanage in China
Parent 1: Why the hell is he here then?
Parent 2: I don't know but my kid's wearing long sleeves from now on
