Guatemalan slang/insult term for a little shit. Someone you would smash with the sole of your shoe. Literally means "stepped on"

Frequently used in "hueco pizado" as a derogatory term for homosexuals.

"el hueco pizado d mario va a morir"

that "hueco pizado" mario is going to die.

Guatemalan slang for an asshole, a mean person who doesn't have qualms about screwing someone over.

also, an adjective to describe the poor quality of something.
