The name of Dr. Colon's dwarf assistant in Charles Rodrigues' classic "Dr. Colon's Monster" serialized in the National Lampoon in the '70s. Smegma mistakenly stole the brain of a homosexual cadaver which was subsequently installed in the Frankenstein-like monster.
