Scram: A person who is a half sender. Also a person who will bum a cigarette off you and put in their pack to save for later. Might also eat scumgullion.

This scram told me he makes 80 grand a year and just bummed a cigarette off me and his breath smells like scumgullion.

A person who is a mixture of a skunk and a weasel. Shady character, two faced, dirty person. Eats scraps. Goes to soup kitchens even though they dont need too. Usually dates screams. Lives at home or in a van.
