A Thief often from a formal thievery school in Chile slums, they are professional thieves (male and female) that often attack people inside the buss or distracted tourists in busy crowds, and most of the time they steal their wallets, watches, and even wedding rings without the victim even noticing it, by teasing with their hands, or bumping onto people intentionally as to create a distraction while they stick their greasy fingers inside your pockets.
