A sub-genre for bands on the label Rise Records or sound similar to bands on the label. Risecore tends to have a mix of post-hardcore, metalcore, and synthcore. Consisting of monotone or over exaggerated singing, distorted screaming, power chords, and multiple breakdowns (On occasions, synth breakdowns).
Risecore bands: Woe, Is Me. Abandon All Ships. Motionless In White. blessthefall. Attack Attack! The Devil Wears Prada. In Fear and Faith. Miss May I. The Word Alive.
