v. When someone's desperation is exploited by a person to whom they're already heavily indebted to.

James: 'Hey bro, we're loaded and need to get to the club. You're going to pick us up and take us there now.'

Bill: 'But dude, I borrowed your car because I need to get to work at 5am! That's 3 hours from now.'

James: 'I'm altering the deal. Pray I don't alter it any further.'

Billy 'You're landoing me dude! This deal gets worse all the time.'
