A person beyond comparison. One so awesome as to instantly make all others jealous. While make others so envious so they will give up. A Philine usually carries a satchel or other bag.

"Did you see that girl who just walked in?"

"I know. We don't stand a chance anymore."

2. The act of carrying a satchel.
3. Something totally freaking awesome.
