An occurence that makes the male reproductive organ become flaccid and unable to serve its purpose.

Person 1: "So I was fapping in the bathroom the other day, when I heard my mom and grandma talk about the bathing suit grandma usually wears during senior water gymnastics. I couldn't get the image out of my mind."
Person 2: "Aw, man, what a willy wilter."
