Demon Time

At specifically 3am in the morning, it is believed (in the movie The Exorcism of Emily Rose) that the demons will come out and play. Originated from the idea of possesion.

So supposedly, this is the time the demons come out to try and find a soul to possess.

*wakes up*
"Shit, it's 3am! It's Demon Time!"
