An excuse an obese person uses to hide the fact that they're gonna eat McDonald's. Meant to make people think their gonna brick some fat at the gym.

Wife: Ok, honey, I'm gonna go brickfat at the gym!
Husband: Ok, don't be late for dinner!
Wife: Oh trust me, I won't.
