Colin Kaepernick took a situation and fronted to the world like it was something that mattered to him but in reality what actually mattered to him was the attention it brought to him. It was a lie, misleading, etc. It was a con that no one questioned the motives behind because it was unrolled at the perfect time. It was BS. SO, “No Kap” means no BS, no kidding, not playing, all jokes aside, for real for real, etc.

Me: I saw your girl making out with your cousin at the movies last night.
You: Stop playing.. You serious right now?
Me: I saw it with my eyes, No-Kap.
