Cornstalker 

someone who is all up in your bussiness and thinks you don't notice.

Two people are having a private conversation and notice another party is listening. The word "Cornstalker" would be obnoxiuosly yelled out by one of the Two people having the conversation making the other party aware there is someone all up in your conversation.
