Heartsong

A song (or poem) that: gives you solace; never gets old; lets the tears come be it in joy or sadness; lets you know you still _can_ feel; that you know not just by heart, but with it.

It's an earworm because I can't get it out of my head, but a heartsong because I don't want to ever forget it.
