Is a desent person with an interesting personality. They will be your closest G and will always be there to talk to even if they have no ability to take their clothes of by them selves. They are mega pengilicious. They can be slightly extremely annoying but their swag will always make you look past it.

Person 1:Hey look over there at that pengilicious person
Person2:That must be a faye then.

Pengilicious

Pengilicious is a word for something which is so extremely cool. Words similar are peng and peng ting. Pengilicious is only used for things which are next level pengness. Pengilicious is on the higher side of the pengness scale. Only the cool people use the word pengilicious.

Person one: "omg look at them, they are so cool"
Person two: "I know right, you cod even say they are pengilicious."
