A girl whose quantity of makeup isn't irrelevant, especially with foundation and highlight, in a way that her complexion looks orange resembling a Tango drink or a lightbulb

"Jane is such a bulbgirl or tangogirl : she uses far too much makeup, it is not attractive at all!"
