Glumpkin
Blumpkin with gluten. When the giver has a gluten allergy and the receiver ate bread or other glutenous product, the giver has an allergic reaction to the gluten in the jizz and shits all over. Similar to a blumpkin, but the giver is shitting while giving rather than the receiver.
