The act of taking everything out of someone backpack, flipping with backpack inside out, replacing all the items, and then zipping it back up, and place in its original spot without them noticing.

Guy 1: Hey dude you wanna marshmallow john's stuff

Guy 2: yeah dude, oh he's gonna be so pissed
