MethMites is the feeling of being itchy all over like bugs coming out of your skin and constantly picking at your face because the person thinks there's something there when there's not. This is all due to smoking way to much meth.

The homie was scratching and picking his face for hours and we ended up missing the party because he stated he had MethMites.
