Someone who is just a twat in general. From the comic "Natalie Dee," it can also be used as a term of endearment between overtired college students trying to get something done. See also, trolleyfucker.

trolleyfucker 

Similar to a busfucker, a trolleyfucker is a total waste of space, but one who is really, really old.

"Who was that guy?"
"Oh, that's just Clint. He's a trolleyfucker for sure."
