A person who is presented either by themselves or by others as being the best of the best, but actually is the worst of the worst. People with common sense see through their lack of talents, while the sheep of society worship the ground they work on. Meanwhile, they destroy everything that they are meant to control, while those with the brain try to figure out how they got that position to begin with.
