A guy with a great body, who looks great from far away, but has an ugly face. Also known as the "good from far, but far from good" syndrome.

Man, even though Michael Phelps has a total buttis face, I'd still do him.

Pronounced "bee-oobs", byoobs is the scientific term 4th graders are required to use in reference to the upper anatomy of the female body, specifically the chest.

I found my dad's Playboy collection, and girls show their byoobs in that magazine!
