Similar to a gadget, an addget is an addon to an already existing thing.
Also, an addget is something one "must have" to add.

I simply MUST have motion plus for all four of my wiimotes!!
I'm not buying you anymore addgets!

A term for Stuttgart, AR (They do not use the term in Germany), made from removing all the T's. Said in a Southern accent.
