Prep Handshake 

The act of firmly grasping another male's penis when greeting one another, while erect. Then vigorously moving it up and down, as if it were shaking a hand.

I hadn't seen evan scollard all year so when I saw him in the halls I exuberantly gave him a Prep Handshake.
