Metrotarian is to vegetarian as metrosexual is to homosexual. Someone who acts vegetarian while sneaking in meat whenever they can. These people frequently order chicken breasts and claim they have white meat "every once in awhile." Also, they tend to ignore cooking mediums. Vegetables cooked in animal fats and animal stocks are often overlooked.
For breakfast I had a Metrotarian sandwich: eggs, cheese, cucumber, sprouts, tomato, with onions and peppers cooked in bacon fat.
