Yopigalatesa
Yopigalatesa is the whimsical combination of both Yoga and Pilates. It is typically a form of Vinyasa yoga as warm up then slowly intertwining mat pilates into your moves. It effectively combines the breath and movement with each pose and works your muscles at the same time.
The girls and I went to a yopigalatesa class in Sante Fe last spring and it awoke something in my spirit.

A purple gun is a name for a penis. Most purple guns are lost in the Vietnam War and are never replaced. Then the original owner of the purple gun will choose to identify as female, or a walmart shopping bag.
