Etymology: Probable from the candy bar Butterfinger; The term for manual stimulation of the female genetalia.; And the cocktail is good.

I was at Galloway's Pub in Syracuse, NY and got this great shot called a Finger Me Good.

real kappa

1. A real kappa is an individual who has little compunction about killing someone, especially with a handgun, and has or is reputed to have killed at least one other individual.

2. An individual who commits murder, not one who pretends to be that type of ganster.
