Carboobling

The compulsive, slightly dangerous urge to crane your neck like a confused giraffe and sneak a glance at the driver or passengers in the car you’re passing on the highway, even though you have absolutely zero reason to care who they are and it could end with you becoming a minor traffic statistic.
