Community College in the Kalamazoo area. Also known as "harvard by the highway." Attending the downtown campus refered to as, "Rockin' it Arcadia Style"

Jeb: Where are you going to school?
Manuel: I dropped out of State so I'm going to Harvard by the Highway
Jeb: KVCC sucks doesn't it?
Manuel: Shoot me.
