Person, generally female that exhibits prostitute-like behavior only under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Ralph: "Why, I'd sure like to have intercourse tonight!"
Jeremy: "Well, why don't you go to the pub and pick up a sloshtitute? They are easier to take advantage of."
