The booth seat that’s built into the wall at a restaurant, usually trapping at least one unlucky person who must awkwardly scoot in and out while everyone else watches. And is the result of when someone confidently forgets the word booth and invents a brand-new, deeply incorrect term for the wall seat at a restaurant
Don’t sit in the bench hole unless you’re ready to climb over three people just to go to the bathroom.
