The absolute opposite of dumb. He is a doctor who is not too short. He is quite fond of fried rice. Spam. Spam. Spam. Spam. Spam. Spam. Spam. That's probably why he no doctor yet. Again, he is not that short. He really isn't one of the dumbest people I know, and he scores above a B+ average.
