1. Someone of lower mental capacity.
2. A person considered to be foolish or socially inept.
3. A person who wanders around town with his underwear on outside of his jeans and/or shirts on inside out.

I was at the post office when this doofangle wandered in; He tried to put a trout in the Out of Town mail and his ball huggers had skid marks on them.

Walmart cake 

A steaming pile of poo, most often loose & left outside of typical fecal depositories.

Holiday Walmart shoppers are known for their intolerance to inconvenience, and therefore are prone to leaving Walmart cakes on the bathroom floor for the employees to clean up.

One who has the grooming standards and social graces of a shit-stained vagrant walking aimlessly around city streets oblivious to the world around them.
