A krek is a wrinkle on the arsehole

It is a profanity that is more severe than cunt; krekking cunt-flap being the most severe insult.

1: "my arse is really itchy"
2: "did you fully wipe your kreks?"

1: "I can't believe him he's such a cunt"
2: "he's worse than that, he's a krek"
