A short term for "Pedophile", is used to describe someone (Usually an adult but also applicable to older teens) who has an attraction to minors under the age of 10.

Also used as a buzzword for twittertards to shoot around at people they don't like, and will genuinely believe it because of room temp IQ.

Girl: Ew, disgusting pedo.

Describes a Twitter User(s) who have little to no IQ, and use their time to harass other users for little to no reason.
