The act of having Diarrhea and Diabetes at the same time.

Person 1: "Dude, the doc told me I had diabetes."
Person 2: "Damn dude, what are you going to do now?"
Person 1: "Go home and take a crap, I have diarrhea too."
Person 2: "Aw dude, diarrheabetes! Bad one!"
