Stands for "Not Your Average Round Gluteus" (Gluteus as in Gluteus Maximus or butt, for those of you who have not been through anatomy class).

A guy sees a passerby chick's arse and shouts "nyarg!" in a gleeful way, arousing suspicion of being a rapist to those nearby.
