Beer Toddler

(n.) A person who gets drunk off of a small amount of alcohol.
(n.) A person who vomits or acts outrageous after a small amount of alcohol.

Guy 1: I heard Ben threw up all over himself earlier.
Guy 2: Yeah and he had only had 4 beers by then.
Guy 1: Fuckin' beer toddler.
