Pronounced like this: the letter 'q' and 'vuh' like 'q-vuh'
A shorthand for 'can you have?'. Normally used in a mocking manner when somebody says 'Can I have...' instead of 'may I have...'

Dwight: "Hey, Jim can I have my stapler?"
Jim: "I dunno, q'uve? its in a block of jell-o after all..."
