Because India 

1. A perfectly reasonable explanation as to why seemingly random and frustrating things happen in India.
2. A way to justify random and illogical laws, legislations or social norms in India.
(I do not hate India, rather I love it very much, but sometimes it can be a bit weird that’s all)

Q. Why is there a rickshaw parked in middle of the road?
