1. (n.) a subgenre of speculative fiction similar to steampunk, but where technology is powered by magic instead of steam or electricity.
2. (n.) a person who mixes magic and technology.

The TV show, Arcane, is a perfect example of the aetherpunk genre.

1. (n.) a fantasy universe where magic connects all places and beings.
2. (n.) the magical realm where metaverse meets TTRPG.

My DM said we're going to use the Aetherverse during our next campaign.
