Bythos is the second type of Neo-GUILT from the video game
Trauma Center Under the Knife 2. It can only be defeated by using the laser on it where after about five seconds, it breaks apart, allowing you to remove the core which is necessary to defeat it. During the game you only encounter Bythos in three different missions. Bythos comes from the Greek word for depth and abyss.
