lungclam

the buildup, regardless of length it took to get to make final product, that alleviates one from the misfortune of a collapsed lung/lungs; usually from urban living and the breathing therein - crack smoke inhalation and other toxins add "fuel" to the concentration of grotesqueries to behold.
