MRA, an acronym, stands for "Men's Rights Activist."
An MRA is a person, who can be a woman or man, who believes in equality, but chooses to focus on the issues and rights of boys and men.
Issues include male suicide, workplace deaths, paternity leave, paternity fraud, father's rights, male underachievement in education, the draft, and more. MRAs also want attention to be brought towards male victims (rape, domestic abuse, child abuse, murder, etc.).
There are many aspects of society in which men are oppressed and women are privileged. An MRA can either believe that men have it worse than women or that men and women have it equally bad.
Some people claim that MRAs are Christians (or other religions), but studies (sadly, there aren't enough) have found that about 70 to 80% of MRAs are atheist alone. The last 20 to 30% are other forms of non-religion, or are religious.
MRAs can be any gender, race, sexuality, religion/irreligion, age, or place. It has been estimated that around 1/3 to 1/2 of MRAs are female. I have no information on race demographics, however, there are many people of many races who are MRAs. MRAs can be any sexuality, from straight to gay to bisexual to asexual. I have found an estimation of about 20% of MRAs are LGBT.

Sarah: Women are preferred in STEM 2:1 over men.
John: B-but... feminism fights for equal rights!!
Sarah: How? If feminism actually fought for equal rights, instead of complaining about how warm air-conditioning is, how they spend more money, how they aren't forced into the military to die like men are, and more, perhaps everyone would think they're for equality.
John: B-b-but.....
Sarah: There are literally women in countries who get acid thrown in their face for being too pretty, who get stoned for being raped, who get murdered in "honor killings," who aren't allowed to drive, who aren't allowed to show their faces in public, and more, and yet you have the AUDACITY to complain that the air-conditioning is just a tiny bit cold for you? Feminists like you are DISGUSTING.
John: What's that?

A straight simp is a simp because he has an unhealthy desire for women, though no one knows why he acts so inferior to women and does whatever feminists want, and no one knows why he would want a feminist over a normal woman who does not have a brain tumor.
A gay simp is a simp because he desires the straight simps, but the straight simps act disgusted when he even flirts with them, despite their claims that they aren't homophobic. Gay simps also act like their inferior to women and will do anything for feminists. No one knows why gay simps try to go for homophobic simps instead of perfectly healthy normal men without a brain tumor.
A bi simp is a simp because he has an unhealthy desire for both men and women. Bi simps, like the previous two simp categories, will also act inferior to women and do anything for feminists. No one knows why a bi simp would choose a feminist/simp over a perfectly healthy man or woman who does not have a brain tumor.

When you twist facts or words to make them out to be what their not, when you pull "evidence" out of where the sun don't shine, when you call your opponent as many names as you can, and when you act like everyone that doesn't agree with you is wrong, stupid, and/or misogynistic.
