Congratumiserations
The expression of simultaneous congratulations and commiseration toward a person whose achievement, promotion, success, or new opportunity is recognised as bringing with it increased responsibility, workload, pressure, or expectation.
Extended definition:
A social response acknowledging that while an accomplishment is worthy of celebration, it also marks the beginning of new challenges or burdens. Congratumiserations recognise both the success itself and the often unavoidable costs that accompany it.

A version of capitalism based on telling people what to buy and how to live in order to force them to behave in ways that solves climate change.
Often involves establishing rules around what people 'can do' and therefore what they 'cannot do'.
The concept was designed in Australia as an alternative to 'cannot-do' capitalism, where people were empowered to make their own choices as there were no rules proscribing what they could not do. Also related to laissez faire economics.
