Generally a male of the youthful age of teen to 20somthing, who has the demeanor or attitude of negligence and perpetual downing of positive vibes and situations.

Example: some people might be planning a party or something to do. Here comes the fuck boy
"Ah fuck that, fuck that shits lame, why the fuck you doing that?"
