Putting in extra effort into doing something. Giving a 110% effort into something. Used in marketing to describe a strategy of launching a product or business.

That company is going balls deep with advertising their new store.

attention-box 

An attention-box is someone who has to have all the attention in every situation. They are the "all eyes on me" type. They will go out of their way to create situations that draw the attention to themselves.

Can you believe Tom shaved his head? He's such an attention-box.
