A phrase which can be used literally or figuratively to indicate that an individual has:

A-Engaged in sexual activity that is so rewarding and comprehensive that is has left then completely satisfied and relaxed.

or

B-Been subjected to a behavior / situation which has left them feeling ripped off, angry and/or taken advantage of.

Example A-
After spending the weekend secluded in the Westin with Porn Star Gary I was so chill that it was evident I had JBTF.

Example B-
Did you see that way that bitch stole my parking spot?! I have JBTF!!
