slang for when you drop a massive deuce.

I thought I was taking the kids to the pool, but instead, I anally birthed Shaq's arm.

Handicrap Nap

A handycrap nap is when you use the support poles in the handicap toilet stall as an armrest, then lay your head down on your arm and take a nap. This usually lasts about 20 minutes, and is a good break from work.

This morning, Turley took dropped Shaq's arm, then took a handicrap nap.
